Bear Paws Tiramisu Torte

A whimsical, family-friendly dessert that offers a delightful twist on the beloved classic. This stunning treat features layers of creamy mascarpone filling all encircled by Dare Foods' deliciously soft, chocolatey Bear Paws cookies, as if gently hugging the dessert together. Finished with a generous dusting of cocoa and chocolate chips.



Ingredients:

  • 16 Dare Foods' Bear Paws cookies (chocolate chip flavour)

  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder, for dusting

  • 1 cup chocolate milk, for soaking cookies

  • ¼ cup chocolate chips


Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare Mascarpone Cream Filling

  • In a large bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

  • Gently fold in mascarpone cheese whip cream.

Step 2: Assemble the Torte

  • Line an 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper.

  • Quickly dip Bear Paws cookies into chocolate milk, making sure they are moist but not overly soggy and add a lay them flat across the bottom of the pan. 

  • Arrange dry Bear Paws cookies vertically around the perimeter of the pan, forming a circle that resembles paws gently holding the torte.

  • Spread half of the mascarpone filling evenly inside the cookie perimeter.

  • Add another layer of chocolate milk-soaked Bear Paws cookies flat across the mascarpone filling.

  • Cover cookies with remaining mascarpone filling, smoothing the top.

Step 3: Chill and Serve

  • Refrigerate the assembled torte for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.

  • Before serving, carefully remove the springform ring.

  • Generously dust the top of the torte with cocoa powder.

  • Sprinkle on some chocolate chips

  • Slice, serve, and enjoy your delightful Bear Paws Tiramisu Torte
